Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Schedules & Milestones: Maintain project timelines, track deliverables, and ensure all team members hit their deadlines.

• Contract Manufacturer (CM) Oversight: Act as the primary liaison between the company and CMs. Monitor all CM activities, including line setup, material preparation, and assembly/test/pack processes according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). 

• Facilitate Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.

• Manage Documentation: Create, update, and organize project documents, including meeting notes, status reports, and requirement specs.

• Resource Tracking: Monitor project budgets, hours, and resources to flag any potential overruns before they happen.

• Troubleshoot Issues: Identify roadblocks early and work with the Hardware Team to implement quick solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline (Electronics Engineering is highly preferred). 

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, ideally within the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry or hardware product development. 

• Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple moving parts simultaneously.

• Technical Aptitude: Knowledge of networking and/or RF products is a strong advantage. 

• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; you know how to follow up with people effectively and politely.

• Mindset: A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a willingness to step in wherever help is needed.
