Job Duties:
- Building Engineering Maintenance: Responsible for building engineering maintenance, including monitoring the operation, repair, and daily maintenance of electromechanical systems to ensure the stable operation of building facilities and equipment.
- New and Improvement Project Coordination: Responsible for the overall coordination and implementation of new and improvement projects, including coordinating related construction, maintenance, and renovation arrangements, and monitoring project progress and execution.
- Safety Supervision: Responsible for building-related safety supervision, monitoring safety management during engineering maintenance and on-site operations to ensure that all work meets safety requirements.
- Daily Miscellaneous Affairs Follow-up: Responsible for following up on other daily miscellaneous affairs, including matters related to water and electricity, construction, and government land rent, ensuring the orderly progress of all administrative and engineering work.
- External Unit Liaison: Responsible for liaising with the Company on relevant matters, coordinating daily management, engineering maintenance, and other related work arrangements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, E&M Engineering, Property Management, Engineering Management or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of solid project management experience in real estate construction / property management.
- Familiar with commercial building operation and maintenance systems; experience in participating in or managing large-scale projects is preferred.
- Professional qualification as an E&M Engineer is preferred.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
