Responsibilities
Review historical purchase and forecast trends, develop statistical models as needed, and monitoring forecast accuracy
Plan and coordinate activities related to the purchasing handling, control, stirage, packaging and delivery of all materials inventory
Implement and maintain policies, procedures and material control systems
Interacting with logistic & warehouse team in canse of delay in delivery of supplies, receipt of damaged or incorrect quantity of goods
Maintaining a filing system in the purchase department and updating appropriate records when required
Scrap and RMA shipment handling
Assist in other ad-hoc project as assigned
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or aobve in purchasing/supply chain or related disciplines
At least 5 years relevant working experience. Electronics industry is MUST
Good PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and good communication skill
Open-minded, hard-working, reponsibloe, self-motivated and good team work
Willing to learn and reliable
Good in spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Immediately availble preferred
Candidate will less experience will be considered as Assistant Purchaser
