Responsibilities
Develop/execute e-commerce sales strategy for OBM products aligned with business goals
Identify/evaluate new online channels and negotiate platform contracts for optimal visibility
Analyze sales performance, conversion rates, and acquisition using data tools
Track competitors, market trends, and consumer insights to optimize strategies and assortment
Prepare forecasts, performance reports, and insights for management
Collaborate with the design team on campaigns, promotions, and launches
Ensure inventory accuracy, fulfillment, and supply chain logistics
Monitor reviews/feedback; respond to issues and maintain brand image
Stay updated on e-commerce trends and drive continuous improvement
Perform ad-hoc duties as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/International Trade or related field
5+ yrs e-commerce/online sales management; 3+ yrs building/scaling sales teams (Essential: Detail your team-building achievements, team size growth, and performance improvements in your application.)
Proven success driving sales to the USA market, with hands-on expertise in US export compliance for toys/consumer goods (tariffs/taxes, CPSIA testing/CPCs, country-of-origin rules, customs, and cross-border logistics)
Strong preference for candidates with toys industry or similar consumer products experience, plus deep knowledge of US e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, etc.), analytics tools, PPC/SEO, and digital sales tactics
Strong analytical/commercial acumen + creative campaign development
Familiarity with SEO, SEM, CRO, and email marketing best practices
Excellent leadership skills: recruitment, coaching, motivation, performance management, and building team culture in remote/hybrid, cross-time-zone environments
In-depth knowledge of digital sales tools, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), data analysis, and cross-border strategies
Outstanding communication, negotiation, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills; fluent English (mandatory), Mandarin preferred
Ability to work independently and travel frequently in the region
Good team player, proactive, passionate, multi-tasking, fast-paced, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
