Manage the top executive's day-to-day business calendar, organize diverse meetings, and follow up on ad-hoc projects as requested.
Assist with the executive’s personal, family, and household administration, ensuring smooth coordination of daily lifestyle and domestic matters.
Draft, review, and handle various types of correspondence, minutes, reports, and proposals in both fluent English and Chinese.
Act as the primary point of contact for screening business phone calls and communications, strictly safeguarding all confidential documents and private information.
Coordinate communication between the top management, internal staff, and external business partners, including preparing relevant meeting materials.
Provide comprehensive, high-level administrative and secretarial support to the leadership team.
Requirements:
3–5 years of solid experience working as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or Private Assistant.
Proven track record in managing personal/family affairs and household logistics, in addition to standard corporate office duties, is highly preferable.
Bachelor’s degree holder in any discipline.
Native or professional proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese; strong numerical analysis skills are a distinct advantage.
Excellent academic standing in languages (e.g., Grade 4 or above in DSE / Grade C or above in HKCEE for both English and Chinese subjects) is highly preferred.
Mature, proactive, and detail-minded professional with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
