Act as the site-in-charge for a shopping mall
Manage the day-to-day operation and management, including budget preparation and control, service standard and property maintenance
Responsible for sourcing, managing, and supervising the performance of service providers contractors
Manage tenant enquiries, complaints, and lease issues; assist with renewals, negotiations, and fit-out approvals, enforcing tenancy terms
Oversee and manage operating expenses, service charges, and budgets; support the preparation of financial reports, arrears recovery, and contractor tendering processes
Ensure full compliance with the Building Management Ordinance (BMO), fire safety regulations, EMSD submissions, and all other statutory requirements governing commercial properties
Coordinate with tenants, government authorities, and external consultants on operational matters, meetings, and the execution of major works
Bachelor Degree in Property Management / Real Estates or related disciplines
Possess at least 10 years of relevant working experience in commercial property management
Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Member of RPHM,CIH,HKIH or with PMP(T1) preferred
Excellent interpersonal, communications skills
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
