Communication Link: Serve as the primary point of contact between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
Travel & Logistics: Arrange comprehensive travel itineraries, flights, accommodation, and personal logistics.
General Administration: Handle confidential documents, manage correspondence, prepare reports, and oversee day-to-day administrative tasks.
Ad-hoc Support: Assist with personal errands and special projects as required to ensure smooth daily operations.
Experience: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar secretarial/administrative support role (experience in sizable corporate environments is an advantage).
Flexibility: Must be available and willing to work on Weekends as part of the regular schedule or on an as-needed basis.
Skills: Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
