Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, training, and administration.
Motivate and lead the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.
Monitor food, beverage, and labor costs, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
Manage inventory, equipment, and maintenance to maintain high operational standards.
Respond to guest feedback and assist in managing the restaurant’s online reputation.

Ideal Candidate:

Minimum 4 years of managerial experience in fine dining.
Strong leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in Mandarin and English; familiar with Chinese cuisine and local ingredients.
