Client & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain sustainable, high-trust partnerships with key accounts, acting as a strategic talent advisor rather than just a vendor.
Candidate Engagement: Conduct rigorous phone screenings and competency-based interviews to provide high-quality shortlists that exceed client expectations.
Market Insight & Reporting: Develop compelling job advertisements, professional candidate profiles, and detailed market assessment reports that demonstrate our firm's value.
Performance Excellence: Drive revenue growth by hitting and exceeding sales targets, ranging from individual permanent placements to large-scale talent acquisition projects.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using various channels and innovative sourcing strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet project timelines and achieve KPIs.
