| Major Duties: | ||
| (a) | To provide support in one or more of the following areas: | |
| (i) | general administration; | |
| (ii) | supplies and inventory control; | |
| (iii) | administrative support in project management; | |
| (iv) | activities and events; | |
| (b) | To draft simple correspondence; and | |
| (c) | To handle enquiries and provide counter services. | |
| Requirements: | ||
| (a) | (i) | Level 2 or above in 5 subjects, including English Language*, Chinese Language and Mathematics, in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination, or equivalent^; OR |
| (ii) | Level 2 / Grade E or above in 5 subjects including English Language (Syllabus B)*, Chinese Language and Mathematics in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE); OR | |
| (iii) | Diploma of Applied Education + Maths Plus / Diploma Yi Jin + Maths Plus / Project Yi Jin; OR | |
| (iv) | A recognised Certificate / Diploma / Foundation Diploma / Foundation Certificate / Diploma of Foundation Studies; OR | |
| (v) | A recognised Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above. | |
| * | Completion of Hong Kong Vocational English Programme (HKVEP) at Level 2 / Passing 5 specific VTC’s Vocational English Module Certificates is considered an alternative qualification. | |
| ^ | “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of two Applied Learning subjects), and Grade E in Other Language subjects in HKDSE Examination are accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the New Senior Secondary subjects. | |
| (b) | Proficiency in the use of computer software application, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing and/or simple webpage design; | |
| (c) | Proficiency in both English and Chinese; | |
| (d) | Self-motivated and customer-oriented; | |
| (e) | Ability to work independently and meet tight schedule; | |
| (f) | Good interpersonal skills and being a good team player; and | |
| (g) | Knowledge of simple webpage design, poster design, photo / video editing software, and social media is a plus. | |

| The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties on weekends, holidays, and/or outside normal office hours. | ||
