Background
This role will be instrumental in shaping the company's financial strategy, strengthening governance frameworks, and driving sustainable business growth. The CFO will serve as a key strategic partner to senior management, ensuring financial discipline, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team to define and execute corporate strategy. Provide financial insights and forward-looking analysis to support key business decisions, investments, and growth initiatives.

Oversee all aspects of the finance function, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, treasury, capital allocation, accounting, and tax. Ensure efficient resource deployment and continuous improvement of financial performance.

Lead the preparation and delivery of accurate, timely, and insightful financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. Establish robust financial metrics and KPIs to track business performance and support decision-making.

Ensure full compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and tax obligations. Strengthen internal controls, audit processes, and governance frameworks to safeguard company assets and ensure operational integrity.

Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks. Develop proactive risk management strategies to support business resilience and continuity.

Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance team. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous development within the function.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, ACCA, or CMA are strongly preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or auditing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or management role. Candidates trained in Big 4 with is highly advantageous.

Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, regulatory requirements, taxation, and corporate governance practices.
* Fully trilingual in Mandarin, Cantonese & English.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems and financial technologies, with a track record of improving financial processes and systems.
*
Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders, influence decision-making, and drive strategic initiatives.
