Responsibilities

• Responsible to manage all aspects of products from concept, costing and development, then coordinating with production team on actual production of those products

• To insure best price, quality and execution per confirmed requirements and timeliness of all orders with production in China and other locations if needed

• To negotiate with vendors on pricing, delivery, quality requirement and other specifications

• Stay in contact with factories / suppliers to manage and update development projects in real time

• Involve and report all related parties whenever issues like price, quality, production schedule and delivery arise; and seeking advices to resolve it

• Ensure correct packaging to merchandise profile is up-to-date

• Insure all information input into system is timely and accurately

• Any other projects/duties as assigned by the company from time-to-time

Requirements

• Diploma or above with lady's accessories merchandising or related disciplines is an advantage

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably with buying office background

• Less experience will consider as Assistant Merchandiser

• Solid experience in handling fashion accessories for lady’s jewelry for the US market

• Ability to build strong relationships with the team, communicate effectively with internal and external parties

• Well organized individual with strong problem solving and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Business standard of both written and spoken English; ability to read and write Chinese

• Computer literacy in Microsoft office programs

• Occasional travel is required
