Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Channel Planning: Design targeted marketing plans tailored to unique channel characteristics to directly accelerate sales and market reach.
* Commercial Alignment: Partner closely with sales teams to develop pricing strategies, analyze sales data, and identify key avenues for brand expansion.
* Budget & Fund Management: Take full accountability for managing trade promotion funds and listing fees, ensuring all promotional strategies are cost-effective.
* Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work across sales, marketing, and supply chain divisions to align ATL/BTL initiatives with stock availability for maximum synergy.
* Special Projects: Spearhead complex, cross-departmental initiatives including the annual corporate budget planning process, SKU rationalization, and operational digitalization.
* Market Intelligence: Analyze evolving market trends and consumer behavior data to capture emerging business opportunities.
Candidate Profile
* Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
* Experience: Minimum 8 years of solid, relevant experience in trade marketing or retail sales management.
* Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, excellent time management, and highly polished presentation skills.
