Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the coordination of event management solutions projects
Monitor project progress to ensure assigned projects are delivered on time and in high quality
Cultivate and maintain professional working relationship with customers
Handle customers enquiries
Support any ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned
Responsible for on-site duties to support customer activities and events
Job Requirements
Degree in Marketing or related field
Fresh Graduate are welcome
Good customer service skill, communication skill and telephone manner
Customer focused, positive attitude, self-motivated and willing to learn
Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure in a dynamic and changing environment
Good command of written English and Chinese
Fluency in spoken English and Cantonese
