Key Responsibilities
* Portfolio & Category Leadership: Own the complete product portfolio strategy, lead the planning of seasonal collections, and optimize range architecture and profitability.
* Key Account Management: Act as the primary relationship owner for major customers, developing multi-year strategies and managing account P&L performance.
* Commercial Strategy: Architect competitive pricing frameworks, conduct sophisticated market analyses, and deliver high-level business reviews that shape future growth.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Bridge communication gaps between sales, customers, marketing, and merchandising teams to ensure seamless commercial alignment.
Candidate Profile
* Experience: Minimum 7 years of proven experience in category management, product management, or strategic key account management.
* Skills: Strong analytical capabilities paired with the ability to lead both high-level planning and highly detailed execution.
* Communication: Exceptional English communication skills (written and spoken); proficiency in additional European languages is highly valued.
* Mindset: An ownership mentality with a deep passion for consumer products, retail innovation, and customer-centric value creation
