Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Growth & Market Development
Create and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Identify and assess new market opportunities to increase reach and impact.
Partnership Development
Build strong relationships with schools, and other customers such as NGOs, hospitals, governments and corporations.
Engage strategic partners like healthcare organizations, tech providers, and funding bodies.
Sales and Revenue Generation
Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to boost product adoption.
Set and achieve sales targets while fostering client retention, upselling, and cross-selling.
Conduct client meetings, product demos, and attend expos and promotional events.
Client Interaction & Documentation
Address client feedback, resolve issues, and manage schedules.
Prepare business documents such as quotations, invoices, and proposals.
Collaborate with internal and external teams for seamless project execution.
Job Requirements :
2+ years of experience solid local school experience and networks for Business Development
Solid relationship with NGOs , hospitals, governments is a plus.
Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
Passionate, proactive, and willing to learn.
Self-discipline and responsibility are prioritized over skills.
(Candidate with more experience will be considered as Business Development Manager)
