Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth, market share, and profitability
Establish and maintain strong relationships with business partners, and explore new channels
Develop and achieve annual business plan and budget
Identify new business opportunities and develop and manage the sales channel promotion plans and activities
Coordinate with cross-function teams to implement marketing campaign
Gather and share market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer insights
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
Degree holder in Business or related disciplines
At least 6 years' key account management experience in FMCG / food industry
Solid Key Account experience in supermarkets
Proactive, attentive, result-driven, and customer-oriented
Excellent communication, interpersonal, numerical and analysis skills
Mature, independent, and presentable
Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
Familiar with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Candidate with less experience may be considered as Senior Key Account Executive
