Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily administrative operations and office support functions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements
- Assist with office maintenance, renovation and relocation projects
- Manage the procurement process for office supplies and equipment
- Assist in handling insurance, office licenses, company vehicle management and service contract arrangement
- Coordinate the company’s meetings, events and other activities
- Assist in reviewing and improving administrative workflows, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
- Provide support in other ad-hoc projects as assigned by department head
Requirements:
- Tertiary Degree or above in Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of administration experience, with supervisory experience is an advantage
- Experience with office renovation and relocation projects is highly preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Mature, detail-minded, and able to work independently
- Good vendor management and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in PC skills, MS Office
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
