Key Responsibilities

Post-Sales Technical Support: Deliver end-to-end implementation, deployment, and technical support for enterprise infrastructure solutions, including physical/virtual servers, storage, networks, and cloud environments.
Incident & Problem Management: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system bottlenecks and technical failures; perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical issues and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
SLA & Escalation Management: Manage the post-sales ticketing lifecycle, ensuring all client inquiries and high-priority escalations are handled efficiently in compliance with SLA commitments.
System Maintenance: Conduct routine health checks, system audits, patch management, and preventive maintenance to guarantee infrastructure stability and minimize downtime.
Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Prepare comprehensive technical reports, maintain up-to-date system topology diagrams, and contribute to the internal knowledge base for continuous service improvement.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 2 to 5+ years of solid experience in post-sales technical support, system administration, or infrastructure engineering, preferably within an enterprise environment or IT vendor/SI context.
Technical Core: Hands-on experience in managing and configuring:
- OS: Windows Server / Linux environments
- Virtualization: VMware vSphere / Microsoft Hyper-V
- Infrastructure: Enterprise Storage Systems and Networking fundamentals (Switching, Routing, Firewalls)
- Data Protection: Backup and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions
Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with excellent client-facing communication skills to manage high-pressure situations effectively.
Preferred Certifications: Professional certifications such as VMware VCP, Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE), CCNA, or ITIL Foundation will be highly advantageous.
