Key Responsibilities

Perform daily maintenance and servers, storage, backup systems, network switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, etc.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Coordinate with backend support teams to conduct system security reviews and implement best practices.
Apply patches and security updates to equipment, often during non-office hours, to maintain system integrity.
Document maintenance procedures, incident reports, and system configurations for transparency and efficiency.
Collaborate with the customer and internal teams to ensure seamless support and proactive system enhancements.

Requirements & Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor’s in information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in IT support, with hands-on expertise in servers, storage, networking.
Proficiency in managing Windows/Linux servers, backup solutions (e.g., Veeam), and networking (switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi).
Strong troubleshooting skills, ability to work independently
Excellent communication for customer-facing support
Willingness to work non-office hours for scheduled maintenance or critical updates.
Bonus: Certifications like CompTIA Network+, CCNA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or Fortinet NSE
