Key Responsibilities

Partner with the Senior Assistant to provide end-to-end administrative and operational support to senior management
Arrange daily schedules, coordinate meetings, sort correspondence and follow up on daily executive matters
Assist with drafting, compiling and translating official documents, reports and meeting minutes
Liaise internally and externally on behalf of senior management to maintain efficient workflow
Undertake ad-hoc administrative duties and support daily company operations as assigned

Requirements

Excellent command of Chinese and English (essential) – English is the main working language
Proactive, attentive, responsible, willing to learn
Diploma or above with relevant working experience in administrative and personal assistant jobs
Strong time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
