• Handle Excel and CS work

• Communicate with internal departments and external parties

• Handle daily documents and reply emails

• Answer customer's enquiry and solve problem

• Diploma holder in logistics management / DSE or above

• 1 - 2 years' overnight shift working experience is a MUST

• Work experience in Logistic industry / Customer Service industry / Security backup office / other industries with shift duty

• Candidates with planning experience is a PLUS

• Conversant with PC and Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

• Good Chinese typing and English typing

• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
