Responsibilities:

  1. Formulate sales strategies for a wide portfolio of food products, including coffee beans, bakery ingredients categories, pastry, frozen food, catering and restaurant food items etc.

  2. Promote and drive sales of premium coffee beans by leveraging product knowledge and analyze market trends to position coffee beans as a key growth category.

  3. Drive business revenue and profit margins in Food Chain, Hotel, Catering group, Airline and key account channels

  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners

  5. Explore new business opportunities in the market

  6. Identify and understand market trends for long term business development

  7. Lead the team to achieve revenue targets and upkeep engagement with key customers

  8. Work with internal departments to co-ordinate the relevant sales activities and control procedures

    • Other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements
  1. Degree holder in any related discipline

  2. 12 to 15 years of Sales experience preferably in FMCG or retail industry, of which at least 10 years in managerial level 

  3. Remarkable sales experience and achievements in coffee beans, bakery ingredients categories, pastry, frozen food / chilled food, catering and restaurant food items is an advantage

  4. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Putonghua

  5. Energetic/ Presentable/Good Marketing Sense
