Job Duties:

Handle Director's personal and household matters and secretarial support
Responsible for organizing, scheduling, answer incoming calls and general enquiries
Communication / co-ordination with domestic helper & company drivers
Responsible for managing the household’s calendar, travel plans and event arrangement.
Sort and review incoming mails/ emails/ correspondences and route them to relevant departments
Handle flight tickets, hotel accommodation and visa arrangements

Requirements:

Degree or above
3 year relevant experience serving Senior Executives/family in sizable companies
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
Familiar with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
Stable working history
Excellent interpersonal, coordination and organization skills
Cheerful, strong sense of responsibility, team player and well organized
Able to adapt to fast-paced and ad-hoc working environment
Immediately available is highly preferred
