Responsibilities:

Develop creative and polished designs, layouts, and artwork across a wide range of corporate materials, including posters, reports, event branding, corporate communications, and presentations, in line with brand guidelines and direction
Support business initiatives through multimedia content creation, including digital/social media assets, photo shooting and basic video editing
Liaise with external agencies, production vendors, and contractors to ensure design intent is properly executed
Assist in organising corporate events including conferences, external speaking engagements, town hall meetings, on-site support as required.
Work with different parties to contribute to creative ideation for campaigns and events

Job Requirements:

Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing or other related disciplines
5 years’ relevant experience; Agency background is an advantage
Proficient in design and editing tools, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro and Gen AI tools
Highly creative with a strong artistic sense, able to work efficiently under tight deadlines
A proactive & dynamic team player with a positive work attitude; capable of working independently
