Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Execution: Plan and execute creative ATL/BTL brand activations, events, and PR campaigns with a client-centric focus.
Traffic & Sales: Collaborate with HQ, partners, and communities to design experiences that increase store traffic and support sales.
Budget & ROI: Manage project-based A&P budgets and evaluate post-event performance against KPIs.
Competitor Tracking: Monitor competitor campaigns and industry best practices.
Brand Awareness: Partner with HQ to drive local customer engagement.
Visual Merchandising: Execute global VM strategies to enhance the in-store experience.
Logistics: Handle store materials ordering and inventory management.
Campaigns: Support media planning aligned with the global calendar and contribute to influencer/content creation ideas.
Media Relations: Work with PR agencies to maximize brand exposure and handle monthly PR reporting.
Localization: Translate and proofread press releases and PR materials.

Requirements

Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
6-8 years in brand marketing, retail PR, or events within a sizable/structured organization.
Proven track record in offline flagship store PR, event-driven marketing, and hands-on store execution (VM/materials management).
Strong familiarity with influencer/celebrity management and media relations.
Independent, detail-oriented, and able to navigate a complex, matrix organization.
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Korean; Chinese is a plus
