Responsibilities:

• To plan effective audit processes

• To perform audit of statutory annual financial statements 

• To perform risk assessment procedures for audit engagements

• To inspect internal systems and controls of client and to report any deficiencies or fraud indicators identified

• To explain audit findings and recommend solutions to audit managers/clients

• To prepare tax computation and profits tax returns filing

• To review and provide guidance on juniors’ work

• To coach and supervise teammates to perform various assignments

• To negotiate and communicate with clients on technical issues and accounting treatments

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in any discipline. Accounting or related discipline is preferred and relevant qualification would be an advantage

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in Audit or related field. Experience in IPO and/or Due Diligence would be an advantage

• Knowledge of Hong Kong/international financial reporting standards is a MUST

• Analytical, good planning and organising skills, and ability to meet deadlines

• A team-player with good working attitude and interpersonal and communication skills

• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin

• Occasionally travel is required

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Audit Associate
