ANALYST / ASSOCIATE, DEBT CAPITAL MARKETS
Role:
Assist business managers on deal organization
Support business managers on deal execution and settlement
Review credits in the market and conduct Mark-To-Market reports
Responsibilities:
To prepare and provide proposals/pitch books to potential corporate issuers
To prepare marketing materials and information memos to counterparties
To prepare and provide the Private Placement Memorandum to potential investors and handle their queries
To work closely and co-ordinate with departments in both HQ and the company for managing the end-to-end processes for each deal
To prepare credit proposals for credit committees
To meet and comply all policies, rules and regulations of the company, the Head Office, regulatory and government bodies
To prepare regular and other adhoc reports on fixed income portfolio and bond insurance to Head Office or the management team of the company
To pass the HKSI Paper 1 exam within the probation period
Post 2:
ANALYST / ASSOCIATE – GLOBAL SYNDICATION
Role:
Source for potential business opportunities on syndicated loans
Support business managers to make profit contribution to the company
Ensure credit soundness of borrowers
Responsibilities:
To conduct research, perform financial analysis and evaluate on borrowers’ business and its status
To prepare credit proposals for credit committees at HQ and the company
To review and follow on all required checks and assessments are being performed
To work closely and co-ordinate with departments in both HQ and the company for managing the end-to-end processes for drawdowns and repayments
To conduct yearly credit analysis
To monitor the financial covenants and report any findings where necessary
To meet and comply all policies, rules and regulations of the company, the Head Office, regulatory and government bodies
To prepare regular and other adhoc reports to Head Office or the management team of the company
To pass the HKSI Paper 1 exam within the probation period
Requirements:
Degree holder in Finance, Business, Economics or related disciplines
Native Korean and Fluent English (both spoken & written)
0-2 year of working experience in Financial Institutions or Banking (fresh graduates with high potential are very welcome)
Proactive, team work, detailed mind and willing to grow with the company
HKSI Paper 1 exam passed, CPF or CFA professional qualifications will be an advantage
