Our client is seeking a motivated Associate to join our Private Credit & Asset Management team. The role will support private credit transactions, loan syndication, fundraising, and corporate finance advisory initiatives. Candidates with prior investment banking, structured finance, leveraged finance, project finance, corporate banking, or private credit experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support execution of private credit and structured finance transactions, including financial modeling, credit analysis, due diligence, and preparation of transaction materials.

• Assist in deal origination, market research, client pitchbooks, and financing proposals.

• Support loan syndication and distribution by preparing investor materials and tracking market appetite.

• Assist with fundraising materials, investor presentations, and fund-related reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related disciplines.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, structured finance, leveraged finance, project finance, corporate banking, private credit, or asset management.

• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Fluent in English and Chinese.

• Strong learning mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
