What you'll be doing
Respond promptly to user inquiries and troubleshoot a variety of hardware and software issues.
Provide first-line support and guide users through the resolution of technical problems.
Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop computers, laptops, and other IT equipment.
Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and enhance existing systems.
Document and maintain detailed records of all support activities and resolutions.
What we're looking for
Familiarity with a range of hardware, software, and operating systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Relevant technical certifications or qualifications in IT support or a related field.
Fresh graduates from Computing/ Information Technology is welcome.
