Executive Summary
Our client is a global ICT provider with solutions in telecom networks, IT, smart devices, and cloud services. In Hong Kong, they have operated for over 20 years and employ more than 1,000 local staff.
Major Responsibilities
Develop and close business opportunities with key service provider accounts.
Design solutions, including configuration, quotation, POC, and technical proposals.
Understand customer needs and market trends through visits and research.
Build cooperative business plans with service providers and partners.
Strengthen customer relationships and promote ICT solutions.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and account plans.
Work with channel sales managers to develop more IT partners and win back competitor partners.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications, Optoelectronics, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of IT consultation or pre-sales experience in large-scale datacenter deployment, revamp, or migration.
Strong knowledge of storage and backup solutions, Windows and Linux OS, virtualization, and big data technologies.
Experience with major ICT vendors or solution providers is a plus.
Familiar with ICT infrastructure solutions.
AI computing exposure is a plus.
Strong ability to design solutions based on customer needs.
Proven track record with strategic enterprise accounts.
Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
