Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee design submissions for drainage, sewage, and waterworks projects, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with statutory requirements.

• Provide review and validation of hydraulic modeling results from InfoWorks and/or InfoWater, guiding junior engineers in best practices.

• Collaborate closely with team members and management to optimize resource utilization and project delivery.

• Manage client interactions, cultivate long-term relationships, and expand the portfolio through trusted advisory and technical leadership.

• Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering professional growth and knowledge transfer within the team.

• Contribute to strategic planning and innovation in water engineering solutions, supporting the company’s vision and growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in drainage, sewerage, or waterworks projects.

• Chartered Engineer (MHKIE, MICE, or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 years post-chartership experience (RPE qualification is an advantage).

• Proven experience in delivering projects for HKSAR Government Drainage Services Department (DSD) or Water Supplies Department (WSD).

• Proficiency in InfoWorks hydraulic modeling (InfoWater experience is an advantage).

• In-depth knowledge of design practices, statutory requirements, and industry standards for both private and government infrastructure projects.

• Strong track record in project leadership, resource management, and client engagement.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluency in Cantonese and English is required (fluency in Putonghua is an advantage).
