Responsibilities:  

• Undertake engineering design, calculations, technical analysis, and preparation of drawings/specifications 

• Coordinate multidisciplinary design inputs to ensure integration and compliance with project and statutory requirements 

• Support project delivery through technical coordination, site inspections, and participation in project meetings 

• Prepare and review technical deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely submission 

• Act as the primary liaison between Hong Kong project teams and GCC resources  

• Allocate and coordinate design tasks to GCC teams remotely, ensuring clear scope, timelines, and deliverables  

• Monitor and manage remote coordination workflows to ensure effective delivery and alignment across locations  

• Review and validate outputs from GCC to ensure alignment with project standards and local statutory requirements  

• Facilitate effective communication across different time zones and cultural contexts 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Building Services / Civil or related discipline) 

• Minimum 5–8 years’ relevant experience in engineering design and project coordination 

• Experience working in engineering consultancy and multidisciplinary project environments 

• Prior exposure to offshore / Global Capability Center (GCC) coordination is preferred 

• Strong technical knowledge of engineering design standards and statutory requirements 

• Good coordination and communication skills, with ability to manage multiple stakeholders 

• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Hindi (spoken and written)
