Key Responsibilities

• Manage E&M / mechanical installation projects, including design development, improvement works, tender processes, and statutory submissions.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients for smooth project execution and handover.
• Oversee equipment submissions, compliance checks, testing & commissioning, and defect resolution.
• Perform engineering calculations (heating loads, fluid mechanics, pumps, hot water systems, HVAC, etc.).
• Handle heavy lifting systems, lifting gear inspections, load testing, and related safety/compliance requirements.
• Lead project teams to deliver on time and meet client expectations while ensuring adherence to Hong Kong regulations (e.g., EMSD, Buildings Department).

Requirements

• Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in E&M / mechanical projects, with solid exposure as a Project Manager or Project Engineer.
• Strong technical knowledge in HVAC/MVAC, plumbing & drainage, fire services, lifting appliances, load testing, and public health installations.
• Experience with shopping centres, public facilities, sports venues, or similar landmark projects is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Hong Kong construction practices, tendering, and statutory requirements.
• Registered Professional Engineer (RPE) or working towards it is a strong advantage.
• Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills (English and Chinese).
