Key Responsibilities

Production Management: Lead seasonal apparel programs from tech pack to bulk delivery, managing tight Time & Action (T&A) calendars.
On-Site Troubleshooting: Travel required to regional factories/mills on short notice to inspect quality and solve production line bottlenecks.
Sourcing & Cost Control: Source performance fabrics and trims; leverage open-market options for samples to minimize supplier surcharges.
Costing & Logistics: Build precise garment costings and manage dynamic pricing tracking (including DDP) amidst market fluctuations.
Daily Coordination: Maintain transparent, daily communication between international buyers, premium mills, and factory teams.

Job Requirements

Experience: 5+ years of experience in apparel manufacturing, specifically in woven performance wear, functional outerwear, or knit activewear.
Mobility & Flexibility: Valid travel documents for frequent regional travel; willingness to work overtime during peak seasonal cycles.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of fabric constructions, performance testing, raw material sourcing, and garment costing.
Problem - Solving: Strong critical-path management and ability to resolve factory issues independently.
Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Systems: Proficient in Microsoft Office and enterprise ERP systems.
