Oversee daily operations of finance & accounting department, including issuing debit notes, handling payments, and reviewing journal entries
Prepare month-end management accounts and monthly consolidated financial statements to ensure in compliance with local regulatory requirements
Monitor cash flow conditions and time deposit
Coordinate and participate in budget and/or forecast for the Company
Liaise with external audits, tax authorities, and other professionals
Analyse, report and review regularly on business performance to Management and Departments
Regular update accounting policies and service agreements
Any ad hoc projects as assigned
Bachelor degree holder in Finance, Accountancy or related disciplines
Qualified member of HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent is preferred
At least 5 years’ professional experience in finance/accounting, with experience in insurance industry would be an advantage
Self-motivated, committed and detail-minded
Proficiency in using MS Office Applications
