主要職責 Job Description:

Restaurant Supervisor 餐廳主任

• Responsible for table arrangement to ensure smooth restaurant operation 負責編排餐枱以達高效率及暢順營運

• Answer telephone enquiries, handle reservations and confirm daily booking, ensure that tables are set before clients’ arrival 接聽顧客查詢, 處理預訂並確保預留位置擺設妥當

• Provide high quality service standard and provide recommendations on food and beverage items in a professional manner to our restaurant guests 提供優質服務並以專業方式提供餐飲服務予賓客

工作要求 Job Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with 1 year relevant experience 中五或以上程度及1年相關經驗

• Outgoing and energetic personality, with good customer service, interpersonal and communication skills 性格外向和充滿活力，具有良好的客戶服務、人際交往和溝通技巧

• Good command of spoken English and Chinese; knowledge in Mandarin a plus 良好英語與中文溝通能力; 具普通話溝通能力者優先

• Eligible to work in Hong Kong 合資格在香港工作

工作地點 Work Location

• Tai Wai, Mongkok, Tsuen Wan West, Tuen Mun

• 大圍，旺角，荃灣西，屯門
