Full Time Central, Western District

Responsibilities:

                            • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, business partners, senior management and visitors, delivering a professional and welcoming reception experience;

                            • Manage the firm's main telephone line, screen and direct calls, and handle general enquiries efficiently;

                            • Coordinate meeting room scheduling and business hospitality arrangements, including meeting preparation, visitor coordination and on-site support;

                            • Manage incoming and outgoing mails, courier services, documents and other business correspondence;

                            • Maintain a professional reception area and ensure all front-of-house facilities reflect the firm's corporate image;

                            • Provide administrative support for daily office operations, including office supplies administration, vendor coordination and document management;

                            • Support meetings, client events, corporate functions and other business activities as required;

                            • Perform other administrative and ad hoc assignments assigned by management.

Requirements:

                                • Diploma or above in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Languages or a related discipline;

                                • Minimum two years' experience in reception, office administration or client service. Experience in investment banking, financial institutions, and professional services firms or multinational corporations will be an advantage;

                                • Professional appearance with excellent business etiquette and a strong client service mindset;

                                • Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment;

                                • Detail-oriented, proactive and able to work independently while maintaining a high standard of service;

                                • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint;

                                • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Cantonese, Putonghua and English is required.
