Responsibilities:

• • • Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for civil engineering projects, ensuring transparency and consistency.
    • Tender Management: Assist in the preparation of tender documentation and conduct tender evaluations to secure competitive bids.
    • Contract Administration: Manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
    • Financial Reporting: Monitor and report on project costs and financial performance, analyzing variances and providing recommendations for corrective actions.
    • Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, monitor site conditions, and verify quantities for payment applications.
    • Change Management: Evaluate and manage variations in scope of work, ensuring appropriate documentation and approvals.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to support effective decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

                                        • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
                                        • Proven experience in civil projects, with a minimum of 3 - 15 years experience specifically with a main contractor.
                                        • Strong understanding of cost management, contract law, and relevant construction regulations.
                                        • Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
                                        • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
                                        • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
