Responsibilities:

• • • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
    • Prepare safety reports and documentation, including risk assessments and incident investigations.
    • Provide safety training and orientation for all site personnel.
    • Collaborate with project teams to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
    • Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies as required.
    • Monitor safety performance and recommend corrective actions to minimize risks.

                                        • Registered Safety Officer with relevant certifications.
                                        • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction safety, preferably with main contractors.
                                        • Strong knowledge of Hong Kong safety regulations and standards.
                                        • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
                                        • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
                                        • Proficient in both written and spoken Cantonese and English.
