Responsibilities:

• • • Quality Inspection: Conduct regular site inspections and surveillance to ensure all construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality plans.
    • QMS Implementation: Assist in implementing, maintaining, and auditing the company’s Quality Management System on-site.
    • Subcontractor Management: Monitor and evaluate subcontractor performance, ensuring their materials and workmanship meet strict quality requirements.
    • Defect & NCR Management: Identify, document, and track non-conformances (NCRs). Work collaboratively with site teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
    • Documentation & Handover: Manage quality records, including inspection checklists, material test reports, and concrete/weld logs. Coordinate the final handover documentation for the client.
    • Testing & Commissioning: Coordinate and witness on-site testing (e.g., pressure tests, soil tests, material testing) alongside consultants and third-party inspectors.

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • What We’re Looking ForNote: Experience with a main contractor is a mandatory requirement for this role.

                                        • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of solid experience as a QA/QC or Quality Officer, specifically working directly for a Main Contractor.
                                        • Education: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Technology, or a related discipline.
                                        • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and local building codes/regulations. ISO 9001 certification or training is a major plus.
                                        • Eye for Detail: An analytical mindset with a sharp eye for identifying defects and substandard workmanship.
                                        • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to assert quality standards and collaborate effectively with subcontractors, site engineers, and client representatives.
