Responsibilities:

      • Lead and manage quantity surveying functions for various development projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
      • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver cost-effective solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
      • Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost estimates, ensuring financial targets are met.
      • Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with contractors and suppliers to facilitate successful project execution.
      • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are upheld.
      • Provide mentorship and support to junior quantity surveying team members.
Requirements
                                        •  

                                          • Minimum of 10 years of experience in quantity surveying, with significant client-side exposure.
                                          • Must hold HKIS or RICS qualification.
                                          • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
                                          • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
                                          • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
