Responsibilities:

• • • Mainly assist in design work, project planning and operation of E&M system

    • Coordinate with clients and contractors

    • Prepare technical reports

    • Monitor the performance and progress of project

    • Manage budget, project management fee and expenses

                                        • Building Services Engineering or related discipline

                                        • More than 3 years’ solid experience in building services work for Engineer position; 7 years' solid experience in building services work for Senior Engineer position is preferred

                                        • Holder of professional qualification is preferred

                                        • Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English

                                        • Able to work under pressure and independently
