Key Responsibilities:

• Lab Leadership: Manage physical and chemical testing labs; train and develop local talent in Vietnam.
• Compliance & Accreditation: Maintain laboratory systems to ISO/IEC 17025 standards and lead national accreditation processes (e.g., CNAS / VILAS).
• CAPA Management: Troubleshoot testing quality issues and root cause analysis, implement CAPA, and track effectiveness.
• Regulatory Alignment: Ensure all testing aligns with international toy safety standards (e.g., EN 71, ASTM F963).
• Process Optimization: Optimize lab resources to reduce redundant testing and shorten testing turnaround time

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years in laboratory management or equivalent testing leadership. (Title depends on experience).
• Technical Skills: Chemical testing background with expertise in Heavy Elements (HE) and Phthalates (PH) testing.
• Accreditation: Solid knowledge of ISO 17025 and hands-on experience with national accreditation procedures.
• Language: Able to read and write business English.
• Location & Travel: Stationed in China with the flexibility to travel to Vietnam.
• Lab Management: Physical testing lab management experience is preferred but not mandatory.
