RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver premium services at front desk to tenants and visitors
Develop and maintain good relationship with tenants
Proactively approaching & greeting visitors to ensure prompt attention to different situations
Handle general enquiries and complaints of customers/ tenants
Regular visit and communicate with the office tenants whenever required to understand their needs and continuous service improvement
Perform other duties assigned by supervisors

REQUIREMENTS

Tertiary education with Solid experiences in customer services
Builds strong customer relationships and delivers customer-centric solutions
Strong problem solving skills, Proactive, cheerful and service-oriented
Fluent in spoken English and Chinese
