Uphold and oversee the organization’s security protocols to safeguard personnel and assets across all on-site corporate activities and functions.

Supervise the on-duty workforce to guarantee their daily operations align with internal benchmarks and agreed KPIs.

Oversee work quality and conduct compliance for the operational shift team, security control room and outsourced security vendors.

Carry out thorough premise inspection and coordinate with the Facilities team to resolve all identified building faults promptly.

Administer access clearance protocols for internal employees, company vehicles, external contractors and third-party service suppliers.

Document all security incidents, conduct root-cause analysis, and ensure all emergency response measures comply with corporate security requirements.

Administer daily operations of security officers and patrol & investigation crews, covering duty roster planning, performance tracking and regular on-site audits.

Degre or Diploma holder, 8-10 years’ office security operation background with 3-5 years in managerial position.

Experienced in supervising security workforce, team training and daily operational management

Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
