• Run e-shop operations end to end (products, pricing, inventory, orders, returns).
• Plan promotions and campaigns to grow online sales.
• Manage digital marketing (paid ads, email, affiliate) and optimize for CAC/ROAS.
• Support SEO/SEM/GEO basics for better visibility.
• Improve product pages and content to increase conversion and AOV.
• Track performance data and do A/B tests for improvements.
• Keep systems updated (ERP/OMS/CRM) and improve workflows.
• Coordinate with other teams and report results.

• 5+ years e-commerce experience (health/FMCG preferred).
• Experience owning operations + sales + marketing outcomes.
• Know platforms like Shopline/Shopify/WooCommerce/Magento and/or marketplaces (Amazon/HKTVmall/Lazada).
• Skills in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads (basic SQL or Excel modeling preferred).
• Understand SEO/SEM/GEO.
• Good problem-solving and communication in English & Cantonese (Mandarin a plus).
• Experience with inventory/order systems and cross-border fulfillment preferred.
