Job description

JOB DUTIES:

Handle full set of drawings (AutoCAD).
Managing Design & Build projects from design to construction period.
Project Management, collaborating with clients independently may opitional
Site supervision to ensure project quality and progress.

REQUIREMENT:

Diploma holder or above in interior design or related disciplines.
3-5 years relevant experience in Residential project design and build experience will be an advantage.
Must to use AutoCAD. Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Knwolegede in SketchUp , Enscape, 3D Max and other relevant computer software.
On site experience is preferred.
Good command of written and spoken in Cantonese and fair in English
Strong experience in space planning/conceptual design /sketching/technical coordination and drawing production.
