Detail

Key Responsibilities

Prepare quotations, sales reports, and related documentation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, consultants, designers, and customers.
Support sales and marketing initiatives, including prospecting activities, seminars, exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.
Identify and develop new business opportunities while managing existing client accounts.
Conduct site visits and perform duties outside the office as required.
Assist the Sales Manager in achieving business and sales objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in any disciplines.
Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
Quick learner with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, both spoken and written.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Willingness to travel for client visits and business activities when required.
Candidates available for immediate start will have an advantage.
