Business Analyst:

Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with system analysts, developers and vendors to ensure that solutions address the requirements of the business
  • Collect and analyze requirements from business users
  • Document user requirement and translate the requirement to functional specification
  • Perform SIT to check deliverable prior to User Acceptance test (UAT)
  • Coordinate UAT to keep track issue log status and follow up logs activities

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information System, Accounting or Finance
  • 1 Years + of IT/Business Analyst experience, preferably in Banking industry.
  • Experiences and good understanding on treasury products especially in FX/PM Derivative or Structured products will be an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience to write SQL

 



UAT Tester:

  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and developers to understand requirements and translate them into test cases.
  1. Create and maintain testing checklist and scenarios for functional, regression and UAT testing.
  2. Execute manual tests (and automation tests if applicable) to identify bugs, inconsistencies. And usability issues.
  3. Log, track and retest defects using tools, and sure timely resolution.
  4. Coordinate Production testing sessions with business users and gather feedback.
  5. Assist Quality Assurance Lead to ensure Test case coverage meets QA standard.

 

Requirement:

  • Degree holder with major in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business Studies or other relevant majors
  • 1-3 years of working experience in retail banking industry or digital platforms, and with solid software testing experience.
  • Experience in CRM system experience (e.g. SalesForce, Oracle, SAP) is highly preferred
  • Fundamental knowledge on Testing cycle and Testing management, including test strategy, test case design, execution and defect tracking.
  • Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies is highly preferred.
